I've tinkered with Excel but needed to go to the next level for a new job. Yes this is a visual book but it's also got a lot of substanial information that will make it a permanent fixture on my reference book shelf. I learned what I needed to get going but keep coming back to it when there's something new I need to tackle. And it's well written. I recommend it!
