The book pres a comprehensive coverage of legal aspects related to prer liability, patient records requirements and their use in the legal process, confidentiality and access to health information, as well as to specific types of health information: specialized patient records, HIV information, computerized patient records, and health care fraud and abuse. There is a glossary of the legal terms at the end of the book, which is always a nice feature. Very useful resource.
